This is why we have designed the “GC of technology” role using our vast experience when opening and maintaining hotel infrastructures of various sizes & types. From pre-staging to opening we work directly with every technology vendor involved to make sure everything gets done in the best interest of hotel owners and operators. As GC of Technology we manage the design, selection, procurement, scheduling, installation, and integration of each technology infrastructure & system involved in the hotel. We also design, configure and install the core infrastructure of back of the house including the network, back office, front office, network, and business systems for the entire hotel operation.
